Downgrading
Contact support or use the billing portal to downgrade. Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Fair Use Policy
Pro tier “unlimited” is subject to fair use. Typical usage patterns are:
- Up to 10,000 messages per month
- Up to 1M tokens per month
Excessive usage may result in throttling or a request to upgrade to an enterprise plan.
